Description
The Production Supervisor oversees a manufacturing team and shift or project performance, with particular focus on Core 5 and 9-panel metrics. The role coordinates warehousing, quality assurance, bulk-packaging, sterilization, logistics, and other manufacturing teams; maintains GMP and housekeeping standards; manages production planning, backorders, attendance, holidays, and travel; and leads cross-functional operational excellence. Candidates need a minimum degree, at least three years of production-supervision experience managing 30–40 operators, Lean Manufacturing experience, and strong people-management and manufacturing-process skills; medical-device experience is an advantage.
