Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor II to lead and supervise production teams and shifts in a manufacturing environment. The role manages labor, production flow, scheduling, safety, quality, delivery, cost, waste reduction, equipment troubleshooting, reporting, continuous improvement, and employee relations, while reporting to the Operations Manager. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of experience including three years in a supervisory position, strong manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. The position may require off-shift and weekend work.
