Description
Intuitive is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to achieve production goals and supervise manufacturing personnel. The role oversees efficiency, first-pass yield, scrap, cycle counts, quality, safety, Lean initiatives, ECOs, material disposition, and design-for-manufacturability, while collaborating with Engineering and supporting outsourcing initiatives. It requires Lean Manufacturing, DFT, 6 Sigma, Microsoft Office, communication, and analytical skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or three years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, or related-industry experience is required, with an internal-candidate waiver for five years of Intuitive experience. The schedule is 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, with lifting, sitting or standing, and up to 10% travel.
