Synergy Flavors, part of Carbery Group, is hiring a Production Supervisor-Liquids for the 1st shift in Wauconda, Illinois. The onsite Operations role oversees production employees, supports the Production Manager, plans material flow and labor, coordinates with planning, maintenance, warehouse, quality, accounting, and R&D, and drives safety, quality, continuous improvement, and LEAN manufacturing practices. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field plus 3 years of production experience (food manufacturing strongly preferred), along with general computer skills and strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math abilities.
