Description
The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and supervises employees across the Machine Shop, Saw, and Shipping & Receiving operations. The role oversees shift production, employee scheduling and coverage, quality, safety, environmental, and housekeeping compliance, material issuance, inventory updates, engineering change requests, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, maintenance requests, and receiving. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, at least three years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, previous supervisory experience, manufacturing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position is full-time and primarily on-site, with occasional remote work approved by the supervisor.
