Description
IPG is hiring a Production Supervisor for the midnight shift in its Operations department. The role plans, supervises, and coordinates production activities; anticipates and resolves material, equipment, and workforce issues; coaches and develops hourly employees; supports hiring, performance appraisals, safety, housekeeping, continuous improvement, and production reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to supervise a fast-paced industrial environment.
