Description
The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations during an assigned shift, coordinate production activities, enforce safety and quality procedures, monitor workflow and resources, support continuous improvement, and develop and manage employees. The role requires 1–2 years of related manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience and/or training, with a one-year college or technical school certificate preferred. The position is based in a manufacturing environment and offers an entry-level salary of $65,000 annually plus medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
