Description
The Production Supervisor directs and plans daily manufacturing operations, leads and develops production personnel, monitors output, safety, quality, delivery, and labor records, and implements continuous-improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, 5S, standard work, and product flow. The role also supports the Operations Manager and Quality Management System, resolves operational problems, and complies with environmental and safety requirements. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of supervisory experience, availability for all shifts and weekends or holidays, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
