Samtec, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage, lead, and develop production associates while overseeing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance. The role includes training associates, enforcing EHS and LOTO requirements, investigating quality issues, coordinating order scheduling and material availability, managing machine and people capacity, improving productivity and cost performance, troubleshooting tooling, and driving continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent is preferred. The position requires strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, Microsoft Office, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in potentially noisy or hazardous conditions.
