Description
Refresco Beverages Inc. is hiring a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, supervise personnel, meet production targets, and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety, and quality standards. The role includes changeovers, preventive maintenance, production documentation, troubleshooting, training, and occasional area oversight, with a 10pm–6:30am weekday shift and rotating weekends. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, beverage production experience preferred, and forklift certification may be required; SAP experience is advantageous.
