Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Supervisor - Nightshift to lead operations at its poultry production facility in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The role oversees production targets, safety, quality, equipment, workflow, staffing, employee performance, and cross-departmental improvements while responding to operational issues in real time. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a related college degree preferred; poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
