National Vision is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for its optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas. The role supervises production departments, manages jobs per hour and workflow, resolves breakage and root-cause issues, reviews reports, manages lens and frame inventory, trains and develops associates, and handles hiring, scheduling, attendance, and performance administration. Night shifts work three days per week with four days off, and the position requires 3–5 years of directly related experience, prior supervisory experience, basic MS Office knowledge, and English reading and writing ability.
