Description
The Production Supervisor directs and coordinates production operations for the Smokehouse, supervising Production Operators and ensuring staffing, schedules, safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, lot tracking, inventory, and production data are maintained. The role includes hiring, coaching, performance reviews, corrective actions, preventive maintenance, process improvement, and coordination with QA and other departments. It is a third-shift position working Friday through Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an annual salary range of $63,032 to $86,669 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
