Carvana is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead hourly associates in an Inspection Center, manage vehicle movement and inventory production, coach and develop team members, approve mechanical and physical defects, and coordinate repairs or rejections. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and variable schedules.
