The role leads hourly team members, supports Lean manufacturing and ABS business objectives, ensures product quality and reliable delivery, coaches employees, and directs craft employees on off-shifts to resolve equipment issues. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience, United States work authorization, and access to controlled technology; visa sponsorship is not available. It involves 12-hour day-to-night rotating shifts.
