Description
Pilgrim’s is hiring a Production Supervisor for the second shift at its poultry production facility in Live Oak, Florida. The role leads frontline production operations, organizes personnel, materials, equipment, and schedules, monitors workflow and employee performance, provides training and feedback, enforces safety and quality standards, and supports process improvements. A high school diploma or GED is required, at least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, and poultry or food industry experience is advantageous. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 60 days.
