Description
The Production Manager oversees and leads a production team, managing operations, resource allocation, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, cost control, reporting, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires at least three years of production or manufacturing experience and one year of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; molding and machining experience is preferred. Compensation is $80,000-$95,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
