O’Neal Manufacturing Services is hiring a manufacturing supervisor to oversee shop employees and shop-floor operations in a metal fabrication environment. The role includes scheduling, performance management, safety and quality enforcement, employee interviewing and training, machine scheduling, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance coordination, customer issue resolution, and Epicor/MES reporting. The position requires a two- or four-year college degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, and at least three years of steel or manufacturing experience; the shift runs from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.
