Clemens Food Group is hiring an on-site Production Supervisor – Secondary Packaging for its Hatfield, Pennsylvania facility. The role leads daily secondary packaging operations, manages employees and KPIs, coordinates production across packaging, smokehouse, ham steak, and dicing areas, and drives safety, quality, yield, and operational improvements. The position starts at 3:00 p.m. and requires weekend flexibility, with 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and previous food or meat-processing experience preferred.
