Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Production Supervisor- Sheet, 2nd Shift for its Fullerton, California manufacturing site. The role leads daily sheet-metal production operations, supervises and develops hourly employees, manages staffing and scheduling, monitors quality and delivery, supports continuous improvement, and maintains safety and compliance. It requires 3–5 years of supervisor experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or related high-volume manufacturing, with aerospace, fastening, or precision manufacturing experience preferred. The position offers a salary of $100,000 to $140,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays and vacation, and no visa sponsorship.
