Häggmark Byggmodul AB is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor in Sunne to lead and support production employees in an industrial construction factory. The role reports to the Factory Manager and covers work environment and safety, staffing, employee leadership, construction-document feasibility, continuous improvement, tools and equipment, and coordination of daily production. Candidates should have construction-industry experience, production or work-supervision experience, personnel leadership experience, safety knowledge, organizational and communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
