SendCutSend is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor to lead production, post-production, quality control, and shipping operations during an assigned shift. The role manages workload and labor allocation, resolves bottlenecks, maintains quality and safety standards, leads shift huddles, supports team development, handles personnel issues, coordinates with Customer Support and Preflight, and completes end-of-shift reporting. The position requires 3–5 years of manufacturing or production supervisory experience, physical ability to work around industrial equipment, and a Friday–Sunday 5:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule, with an annual salary of $60,000–$100,000.
