Description
Biomerics is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations during the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift. The role supervises and develops team members, coordinates workflows, monitors production and quality metrics, implements continuous improvement, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, manages scheduling and attendance, resolves operational issues, and prepares performance reports. The position requires 3–5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment, along with knowledge of operational processes, safety standards, quality systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP systems.
