Description
The IGT Production Supervisor leads manufacturing operations, supervises team leaders and workers, coordinates production activities, monitors quality and equipment, maintains production records, and drives continuous improvement. The role also handles employee training, performance evaluations, grievances, hiring and promotion recommendations, and departmental performance metrics. A high school diploma or GED and one year of manufacturing leadership experience are required; three years of manufacturing leadership experience and a business or management degree are preferred. The position pays $80,000–$90,000 per year and does not offer visa sponsorship.
