mthree is offering a graduate training program called the Alumni program, partnering with Columbia University's School of Engineering. This program provides paid graduate training, ongoing support, and opportunities at leading global employers. Graduates are paired with clients such as investment banks, insurance companies, and healthcare firms. The program includes an online training phase followed by a 12-24 month internship with a client, culminating in a conversion to permanent employment. Participants also gain access to executive education certificates and ongoing training from Columbia Engineering.
