Production Support Analyst role on mthree’s client-facing FIC Production Management team, providing 1st–3rd line support for Fixed Income trading systems and ensuring stability of front-office pricing, trading, and risk applications. The position focuses on incident management, root cause analysis, production changes, vendor and exchange coordination, business continuity testing, and global follow-the-sun weekend coverage. Candidates need a computer science or related degree, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, Linux, SQL databases, networking, scripting, and familiarity with financial markets and application support in mission-critical environments.
