Takeda is hiring a System Engineering Manager for its Hikari pharmaceutical site to support API manufacturing through DCS/MES systems. The role covers process validation, commercial manufacturing, GMP batch documentation, process control, root-cause investigation, CAPA, data analytics, technical reporting, vendor management, and cross-functional team coordination. It requires business-level Japanese, 1–3+ years of plant experience with MES/DCS programming, monitoring, and troubleshooting, plus knowledge of chemical processes, GMP, automation, validation, and risk mitigation.
