Areté is hiring a supervisory, exempt, full-time Production Support Engineer in Niwot, Colorado, to support the mechanical design, manufacturing, environmental validation, and production sustainment of ruggedized electro-optical and laser-based systems. The role develops fixtures, tooling, assembly procedures, vibration test setups, and standard work instructions; supports prototype-to-production transitions; troubleshoots manufacturing-floor issues; leads root-cause investigations; and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least four years of production, manufacturing, or process engineering experience, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. The salary range is $85,000 to $115,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
