M-Tech GmbH is hiring a full-time Production Support Engineer in Linz, Austria, starting immediately. The role supports a form-based software solution in production, handles errors and incidents, coordinates with users and stakeholders, captures and aligns requirements, creates user stories, performs functional and integration testing, supports UAT, and maintains data flows and system interfaces. The position requires technical or IT-oriented education, experience with requirements engineering and business units, knowledge of data models and system architectures, and preferably low-code platform experience; English is required, German is an advantage, and 10% travel is expected. The base salary is €3,900 gross per month.
