Description
The Production Support Engineer provides Level 2/3 support for Millennium’s UAT and production trading applications across front and middle office systems. The role manages trading infrastructure and platform status, supports software deployment and monitoring, coordinates with vendors and development and infrastructure teams, automates support processes, and maintains knowledge-base documentation. It requires at least five years of Linux support experience, along with shell scripting, Python, SQL, financial technology, FIX protocols, version control, SDLC, analytics, and strong communication skills.
