Netcompany is hiring a Production Support Engineer to maintain the operational stability, availability, performance, and security of production systems. The role provides L2 support, monitors application and infrastructure health, executes maintenance activities, supports change and release processes, and collaborates with DevSecOps, database, architecture, and operational teams. The position is onsite or hybrid in Strasbourg, requires approximately 40% on-call availability, and offers standby allowance and intervention pay.
