The role covers product-change requirements, cost and quality optimization, engineering changes, product validation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination with R&D, production, product management, quality, and service. Candidates need a relevant master's degree and experience in hardware development, testing, validation, or manufacturing; heat-pump, HVAC, thermal management, SAP, and English communication are preferred or required. The position offers a hybrid work system and on-site medical support.
