HCVT is hiring a Production Support Manager to oversee investigation and resolution of support requests for custom accounting and tax systems and vendor software. The role manages support tickets, maintenance calendars, issue trends, technical documentation, change and release management, and communication with management and development teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, or a related field, at least five years of experience, strong MS SQL and Excel proficiency, and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies such as SSRS. The position offers a hybrid work model.
