Eaton is hiring a Production Support Operator for its ES AMER ESS division in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role operates laser cutting and press-brake equipment to convert sheet metal into transformer and regulator tank parts, handles materials, performs routine machine maintenance, checks tolerances and part quality, and supports continuous-flow production. The position works the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. first shift, may require overtime, and pays $23.15 per hour. Candidates need basic manufacturing, measurement, blueprint-reading, troubleshooting, and material-handling skills; laser and press-brake experience, forklift and crane operation, and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
