Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience managing a hardware product through manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipment.
Experience managing suppliers, procurement, inventory, and production planning.
Experience building scalable manufacturing systems.
Experience leading or developing technician or production teams.
Experience working with complex hardware products involving mechanical, electrical, and electronic assemblies.
Ability to balance technical understanding with strong operational leadership.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with products produced in the 100 to 1,000+ unit range.
Experience with complex hardware valued between approximately $2,000 and $10,000 per unit.
Experience with customs, tariffs, or international sourcing.
Experience in growth-stage companies focusing on scaling manufacturing operations.
Experience with hardware deployed in challenging real-world environments.
Exposure to field-deployed hardware operating in diverse real-world conditions such as outdoors, humidity, and unreliable power/connectivity.
Experience in owning or contributing to a hardware product roadmap.
