Ontic is hiring a full-time Production Team Lead in Chatsworth, California, to provide hands-on technical leadership for a manufacturing or assembly team. The role coordinates daily production work, supports troubleshooting and process issues, coaches technicians and new starters, maintains production information, and promotes safety, quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Candidates need substantial manufacturing or assembly experience, technical competence, the ability to work from engineering drawings and quality requirements, and strong communication and coaching skills; aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience is advantageous. The position pays $32-$38 per hour based on experience and includes medical insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, sick leave, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
