Description
The Production Team Lead will be responsible for completing batch records, preparing materials and equipment, assembling and maintaining equipment, cleaning production equipment, and conducting qualification and validation activities. The ideal candidate will have a degree from high school to Bac+2 in scientific, quality, laboratory, process industry, biochemistry, or maintenance fields, along with first-hand experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Required skills include knowledge of good manufacturing practices, rigor, responsiveness, and effective prioritization.
