HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Production Team Lead in Mississauga to supervise and coordinate production associates responsible for kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading food products. The role oversees production planning, scheduling, performance, sanitation, safety, GMP, HACCP, equipment, waste disposal, and employee training, while supporting measurable improvements in productivity and quality. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of food-processing or manufacturing experience, leadership skills for 30+ hourly employees, and familiarity with food-safety and inventory systems. The position pays CAD 23.75 per hour and includes health benefits, shift premiums, and other employee benefits.
