Lucid is hiring a Laser Production Operations Lead to lead daily laser production operations within Stamping Operations. The role coordinates shift teams, line readiness, material flow, equipment setup, production tracking, quality containment, downtime escalation, 5S, and continuous improvement. It requires a technical associate degree, at least four years of manufacturing experience including two years in stamping or related production operations, and the ability to work rotating shifts and communicate in English.
