Lucid is hiring a Manufacturing Team Leader to lead and coordinate production operators in BIW automated cells. The role focuses on safety leadership, production throughput and OEE, quality compliance, team development, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and escalation of production abnormalities. Candidates need a technical associate degree, at least three years of experience as a production leader or in a related role, BIW process familiarity, and physical ability to work in confined spaces with required PPE.
