Description
The Production Team Lead will lead a small production team, delegate work, train employees, coordinate breaks, maintain equipment and a clean work environment, participate in production activities, ensure product quality, communicate with supervisors and stakeholders, and support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety procedures. The role is physically demanding and requires knowledge of plant processes and equipment, strong communication, a proven leadership record, and the ability to lift 25 kg. Compensation is $25 per hour after a three-month probationary period.
