Description
The Production Team Lead reports to the Production Manager and leads a production team on the shop floor at stow Sézanne. The role is responsible for organizing resources, meeting quantity, quality, cycle-time, safety, and performance objectives, leading daily team meetings, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, HSE/QHSE, and Logistics, tracking ERP work orders, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, significant industrial serial production experience, and prior production team leadership; forklift CACES, overhead crane, and/or electrical authorization are advantageous. The position follows 3x8 shift schedules.
