Description
The Production Team Lead / Mechanical Manufacturing will lead a mechanical manufacturing area, schedule and support production employees, ensure on-time and high-quality order processing, coordinate personnel and machine capacity, monitor quality and safety, and optimize manufacturing processes. The role also coordinates with production planning, purchasing, sales, and quality assurance; handles customer complaints and root-cause analysis; participates in organizational and investment projects; and coordinates maintenance and plant servicing. The position is based generally in Barleben and requires technical vocational training, production or manufacturing experience, and preferably leadership experience or a master craftsman, technician, or comparable qualification.
