EBRO Ingredients is hiring a Production Team Leader to plan and coordinate 24/7 production, process production data, organize raw-material and finished-product loading and unloading, motivate and guide shift teams, and perform operator tasks as needed. The role requires production experience, forklift operation, strong communication and teamwork, safety and quality awareness, and a good command of Dutch.
