Description
The Production Team Leader will lead hourly employees in Howmet’s Wichita Falls, Texas manufacturing facility, supporting production control, safety, quality, process integrity, team assignments, and production throughput. The role coordinates with the department supervisor, anticipates bottlenecks, balances workloads, leads meetings and pre-task briefs, assists with quality investigations and administrative work, and trains on the C shift before moving to the D shift. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of leadership experience, and may be preferred to have a manufacturing, engineering, or business degree, three years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of MS Office, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and scientific problem-solving methods.
