Midas Mediterranean is hiring a full-time Production Team Leader for its Bowen Hills production facility. The role leads and trains a small production team, manages daily production planning and performance, oversees food safety, quality control, equipment and stock handling, and may drive delivery trucks and operate a forklift. The position requires supervisory experience, food safety and WH&S knowledge, strong communication, and availability Monday to Friday; it is a salaried permanent role at 38 hours per week with no weekend or public holiday work required.
