Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate daily production activities, meet customer delivery schedules, and supervise operators in a manufacturing environment. The role manages workflow, production goals, equipment maintenance, scheduling, communications, training, safety, and work-system compliance, with a Monday-through-Thursday 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. shift. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. The anticipated pay range is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
