Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor coordinates daily production activities across a shift-to-shift basis, meeting customer delivery schedules, production goals, quality standards, and equipment-maintenance requirements. The role leads and develops operators, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, manages scheduling and work-system compliance, and maintains a safe workplace. It requires at least one year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or general education degree, U.S. employment-eligibility documentation, and lawful access to export-controlled items; prior manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.
