Description
Norgine Pharma is hiring a Production Team Leader at its pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Dreux, France. The role organizes short-term production scheduling, coordinates equipment, materials, and personnel, supervises production teams, manages GMP and HSE compliance, oversees batch records and production information systems, handles deviations and equipment/process issues, leads continuous-improvement initiatives, supports training and qualification, and covers the Production Manager when needed. The role is expected to evolve to a night-shift position starting January 2027.
