Description
The Production Team Member supports safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by operating equipment, following work instructions and quality requirements, maintaining a clean workspace, performing routine equipment inspections, assisting with troubleshooting, and reporting safety incidents. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, less than one year of relevant experience, basic computer and English communication skills, and the ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is physical, requires standing and moving around most of the shift, and operates on a 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shift.
